Through radical candor and value driven empathy, I lead designers to make critical decisions quickly while staying steeped in the customers needs through strong partnerships with product, engineering, and marketing. Led the initiative to develop and scale UX metrics for completion rates, drop-offs, and top actions taken across AWS consoles. Prior metrics were only giving insights on the what, but not the why and where customers were having trouble. Increased customer satisfaction by 15% across Containers and High Performance Computing consoles (8 services) in 18 months. Grew a team of 17 designers in 6 months, fully staffing service teams in time for operational planning.

  • Collaborated with product and engineering to craft the API approach and strategy for consuming API’s to deliver a self-service experience through the developer marketplace

Responsible for strategy, management and design for all digital marketing products for Sparks. Designed, managed and launched the corporate websites and the corporate intranet. Designed, managed and launched the first trade show technology blog tech-em, and the first news blog. Managed creatives, producers, managers, vendors, and interns. Established and managed the SEO and social media marketing for all of Sparks Digital Marketing. Worked directly with the VP of Marketing to coordinate all marketing programs, budgets and resources.
